DIRECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • A minimum stay of three nights is applicable to all room categories.
  • DIRECT Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is paid on the Accommodation. Please see payment terms and conditions below.
  • All Prices quoted are in NZ$
  • Adults Only Resort
  • Meet & Greet / Return Airport Transfers. We provide a Meet & Greet service on arrival and return airport transfers for all stays. Includes meet & greet on arrival with flower ei, cold mineral water and face cloth. NZD$38 per person (seat in coach)

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • 50% Deposit on the Total Accommodation is required at time of booking
  • 50% Full payment is required no less than 30 Days Prior to Arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations over 45 days before arrival – No Cancellation Fee
  • Cancellations 15 TO 45 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival, no show, early departure 100% cancellation fee

NOTE: In the event of a cancellation, penalties will be applied as per Terms and Conditions. We encourage our guests to book Travel Insurance to be able to claim for cancellations beyond their control.  Cancellations must be received in writing and are valid when a cancellation number is confirmed to you.  If you do not receive a cancellation number from us you must assume that we have not received the notice and the booking will remain in the system and will be invoiced as a ‘no show’ charge.
